Shwmae Day 2018

Shwmae Day 10.10.18 

 

Criw Cymraeg wanted Willowbrook to participate in Shwmae Day at the beginning of the year. It is a day to have fun and to try and start every conversation in Welsh. The Criw Cymraeg held an assembly and explained that they would be giving 'Shwmae Day' stickers to pupils that used Welsh outside of the classroom. Those children were then given a raffle ticket and in with a chance to win some lovely, Welsh reading books. Da iawn Criw Cymraeg, what a fantastic idea!
