  • Technocamps Disaster Droid Competition 2019

Wed 17 Jul 2019 Steve Davies

One of our students was selected to represent Cardiff University at this year’s Technocamps Disaster Droid Competition 2019.  Our pupil’s team made it through to the final which was held at USW Treforest Campus on Wednesday 17th July.  This is an annual team coding robotics competition run by Technocamps.

It was a very tight final and the judges commended the team on their effort.  Our pupil proved an excellent ambassador for both Cardiff University and Willowbrook Primary and we are extremely proud of her team’s achievement in reaching the final and her excellent conduct throughout the day!

  • Enterprise Week 2019

Fri 05 Jul 2019 Steve Davies

A week of hard work, creativity, preparation, resource gathering, designing and project managing all culminated in our Enterprise Sale where the products were sold to our (now cash-strapped!!) parents.

Well done pupils, you worked so hard this week as did your talented teachers and support staff. Thank you parents for your terrific support once again this year - we value it so very much.
